uncontested divorce (Page 3)

Uncontested divorce means that the parties agree on all issues of property, debt, child custody, etc. In other words, all issues are resolved by agreement without a divorce trial. Also referred to as agreed divorce or no fault divorce the parties reach agreement on all issues.
