Divorce Attorney: 1 Case, 15 Years, Suspended License

After being admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania more then 15 years ago, Attorney Gary Alan Frank, worked on one divorce case, and now has had his license suspended by order of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.  In 1999 another attorney associated Mr. Frank in a divorce case in order to help with the division of marital assets.  The original attorney died, and Mr. Frank’s license went to an inactive status in 2002.  But, the Attorney Frank continued to work on the divorce case over the course of the years, without ever informing his client, nor the courts that his licenses to practice law was inactive.
