Born in Indiana and raised in Peoria, Illinois, Jim
moved to Collegedale, Tennessee, in 1969, and is a graduate of University of
Memphis School of Law.

Jim was admitted to practice law in 1983, and is admitted
before the Tennessee Bar and the Federal Bar.
For the past 27 years Jim
has practiced law in Hamilton County, Chattanooga, Tennessee and the surrounding
